Important 1960’s potter’s wheel to a Bernard Leach design. Made under licence in Marua Road, Auckland, by Seaboard Joinery Ltd. Metal plaque reads “With special permission from BERNARD LEACH St. Ives. Excellent working order. Measuring 800mm wide by 860mm deep by 920mm high. As advertised in the 1964 “New Zealand Potter” magazine. Final image for reference only.
