Period Scandinavian female folk art pottery figure from the Swedish studio of Elbogen, Malmö. A particularly large impressive example featuring a girl in long blue dress with belt and raised buttons running down the front. Holding a large basket with open top where dried flowers could be displayed if desired. Full studio marks beneath detailing the Swedish studio along with an artist’s mark to the lower section. 360mm tall by 98mm in diameter at the base. 1.9kgs. Excellent vintage order. Circa 1960’s. The Elbogen pottery in Malmö produced wares between 1955 & 1982.
