Vintage Poole pottery charger featuring a beautifully observed deer with head upturned and front leg raised. A design known as “Persian Deer” in the “sk” pattern. The animal itself covered in random purple and yellow spheres of various size. Poole studio stamp to the rear along with three initials “skc”. The original “Persian Deer” pattern was designed by Truda Carter circa 1920’s. This charger is a later version. 262mm in diameter by approximately 42mm high. 750gms. Excellent vintage order.
