Large early Alvino Bagni brutalist vase. Featuring his richly coloured “sea garden” glaze in marbled autumnal tones. Classic circle and spot embossed repeating decoration. Highly glazed olive toned interior. Impressed “Italy” mark to the lower rim. Measuring 210mm tall by 205mm wide. Circa 1960’s.
